If you haven't been keeping up, Mega Cat Studios is doing big things. And their latest project on the Super Nintendo has gotten press from the likes of Kotaku, IGN, and now NintendoAGE! We'll get to their big announcement in a second.

First though, Little Medusa preorders have shipped and it's now in stock and available. Not only that, but Mega Cat teamed up with Rose Colored Gaming to create some super awesome Limited Edition carts shaped like Mount Olympus. Log Jammers also got an amped up Limited Edition cart courtesy of RCG, which we got a preview of at their booth back at this year's Midwest Gaming Classic. It's very Jason Voorhees. That's not the only game that has gotten a sweet revamp. Coffee Crisis just got it's PC release as it joins the ranks on Steam. Then Justice Duel has a new Child's Play Edition, with new characters, levels, and all proceeds benefit the Child's Play organization. Curious about any of these titles we just mentioned? Then check out there demo page and try before you buy!

On to the big announcment! Mega Cat Studious has teamed up with
Devolver Digital and Take This to release a brand new homebrew for the SNES. Titled Fork Parker's Crunch Out, the game aims to raise awareness of the all too real issue of game dev crunch through a playful look at the pressures of game development, exaggerated by the menace that is a game publisher executive. Furious task management and questionable motivation tactics are your tools. Coffee, discipline, and shock treatment are all in play if your team slips off their production schedule. And the Limited Edition cart employees an LCD screen to make your Super look like a computer, making it the largest, heaviest, most exclusive SNES cart in history!
