We love new games for the NES. Especially games from members here on NA (note the quotes). So check out these two new games that are available for backing now on Kickstarter. First up is Eskimo Bob. Here's the rundown from the creator...

Eskimo Bob was a series of Flash cartoons that was popular on Newgrounds in the early 2000s. It's a series that has always had a special place in my heart, because I'm one of the guys who made it! Anyone familiar with Eskimo Bob knows that the series was filled with references to the classic Nintendo games of my childhood, and making an Eskimo Bob game for the NES has always been a dream of mine. Well, now that dream has become a reality.

Eskimo Bob for the NES is an arcade-style puzzle-platformer with 64 levels, 15 enemy types, two playable characters, two support characters, and a fully functional password system allowing you to save your progress the good old-fashioned way.

Next up is Twin Dragons. The best thing about this campaign is that it's already funded! Check out the project and if you like what you see, sign yourself up for a copy! It's that easy! Here's what the creator had to say about this one...

Started in october 2016 and initially meant to be a platformer prototype for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), Twin Dragons quickly turned out to be a colorful and fun game which allowed us to participate and win the NESdev Coding Competition. After getting cool feedback about the demo, we decided to expand the game, and release it on a proper NES cartridge !
