Are these remakes. I never was a big back to the future fan. Were these worn in the movie? Estimated value 30k-50k is why I'm wondering.

Fake news (on the $30k-$50k estimate), you can buy a brand new (deadstock) pair of size 11 for $25k right at this exact moment.

(Edit: Apparently link won't work, go to stockx and search back to the future)

And these are a remake, the originals were 2011:

I guess the 2011 had a higher print run, sales closer to $7-$8k.

I wouldn't expect a lot of long term appreciation because they'll reprint them or do an anniversary release in another 10 years.

That whole thing was so bad, I really laughed at that terrible country singer who cut the tops of his socks off.

That’ll show em’!

I heard that these are uncomfortable and cumbersome shoes to wear. I'd rather just have a pair of the red October's.

Not to mention you already paid for whatever Nike gear you are destroying lol Your money is already in Nike's pockets. And Nike likely did lots of financial research before they took the risk and sponsored Kap, so they know roughly what percent of business they are going to lose and have accepted and are okay with it, so they couldn't care less what you did with your Nike stuff. But yeah! Stick it to em, burn those socks!

If you want to protest their products and don't want to support them, that is totally fine. But at the very least donate the stuff. There are homeless people and people in need of any kind of clothing that could use them. They don't care what symbol is on it. Donating them would actually accomplish something by clothing people who need them, and you can continue to never buy anything from Nike ever again to make your point.
