Will I get it? Probably. Am I super thrilled... honestly no, unless they throw in some new material. Will this generate a huge amount of $$? Most definitely.

Neato! I'm down.

Would this be physical or digital I wonder? I hate how devs usually never release any sort information regarding that.

While cool, it's already been played to death so I would pass. Cool for the next generation of fans though, including Switch.

I've never experienced the series after seeing all the complaining online how hard it is, but I am very tempted on Switch to maybe relent and give it a go.

Bah, it's not THAT hard its just the mechanics and learning how they work as you go and its frustrating as hell but as you go the sence of accomplishment is beyond anything you've ever felt, but again they aren't for everyone but it's without a doubt worth an attempt but not like pick up and play a bit but actually "try" to learn it and you just might be suprised how good the series actually is. Does take some paitence tho lol and don't play it drunk.

My patience varies on games and I rarely drink and not to get drunk so maybe? I would not want to re-learn something like the GnG franchise again, but I could destroy it years ago. I don't mind a challenge, but I detest rote memory pattern stuff with precise motion involved like bullethell style shooters.

The reason I like the series is atmosphere, details, and story. I personally think the "amazing sense of accomplishment" is overrated. It's a game! And overall yeah it can be quite frustrating. Games should be more fun than frustrating. But, again I just loved the dark atmosphere and nihilistic philosophy which kept me going. However, it's not more rewarding than finishing Zelda, Mario, or most any other game in my opinion, despite what its cult-like followers may claim (again, just my opinion and I've played all the games since Demon's Souls

Well I think I can take what you two said so far and others, may be it would ruin the experience some, but it couldn't hurt to watch some let's play type stuff without foolish rambling included and see how it works. Or perhaps not that but some older dry run videos so I can see people get perpetually slaughtered to see how the learning curve works. That may make it worth my while to see if I'd lose money buying it and selling it in a rage or keep and enjoy it.
