Hi all,

I have been getting a ton of inquiries lately about our proto stuff.  Instead of spitting out prices as questions come in, I figure we should come up with a comprehensive list of what it would take for us to sell each of our protos.  A few things:

-  We aren't selling out, and yes, we still love protos.
-  We're not desperate, so no need to lowball,
-  Yes, although we aren't in a rush to sell, we're still open to offers.
-  The more you want, the better the deal.
-  We're going to be more open to wiggle on some games than others.
-  If you see a proto listed more than once, we have more than one copy.
-  We can provide pictures and details for those interested, though we will never know the differences in every game.

So, that's pretty much it.  We have some stuff you just won't find anywhere else.  You want a childhood favorite of a collection centerpiece, you can probably find both here.  First party stuff, unreleased games, rare titles, you can find almost anything you want here.

https://docs.google.com/spreadshe...

Not looking to bump this all the time, but the prices are there when you want to check them out.  If you were looking for a proto and were hesitant about making an offer, know that we'll be taking good offers immediately.  Offer now or kick yourself when someone beats you to the punch!

Of course!

We have respected the request of many buyers to not distribute the roms.  If a buyer is interested, we can send along an image of the rom with the sale in most cases too.

Out of curiosity, allow me to inquire what kind of circuit board the SMB/DH/WCTM proto uses. It has to be weird, considering the final was glop top only...

Nothing too, too crazy:

Some protos sold, many of which are one offs.  If you are waiting to send an offer on anything YOU VERY WELL MAY MISS IT.

Thanks for the PMs guys!

That Tommy Tallarico sound editor is an awesome find! Is there any of his work still on it?

Wasn't War on Wheels unreleased as well? I ask because I saw that Fun House specifically said "unreleased" in the notes, but this one doesn't. I thought War on Wheels was one of Joe's nes repros that he does.

The truth is out there.

We dumped and released Tommy T awhile back, so the rom is out there for you to check out.

War on Wheels is indeed unreleased, it was just an oversight that it wasn't marked as such. This is not the same cart responsible for the reproductions out there (that was Dream's copy) and I am unsure if the builds are identical. The game is complete and fully playable.

Everything in red is unreleased.  The reason for the extra note on Fun House is make sure people know that it is not a proto of the released game, but that of a totally different unreleased title.

Ark:  thanks dude!

A few high end titles moved, about 4-5 other serious inquiries.  Thanks to all who pm'd me!

Rise from your grave!

Got some more interest as of late, just bumping this back up for those interested. Definitely have about a dozen NES protos not on the list, so I'll be adding more soon. Have a bunch o Vectrex protos that we'll be listing soon as well, so feel free to inquire about those if interested!

Hi Mark, I just want to ask you how much are you asking for Ninja Gaiden III and Crystalis protos.
Cheers, Ricardo.

Bump! Sold several protos, added a few more to the list. I still haven't added a dozen or so additional protos, so I'll get on that as soon as I can.

Hi, is Elite NTSC working to some extent? What's with the red colored titles?

Also, not interested in the Color Dreams test cart but what's so bizarre about it?

I know there was a Color Dreams game that was never released that actually sounded really cool, so I'm wondering about that test cart too.

Sorry for the long delay in response, didn't realize there were replies here.

Data can be pulled from the EPROM, but not enough create a working ROM image (at least, I haven't been able to).

Red titles are games that are unreleased.

The Color Dreams test cart tests various on screen colors and sounds.  I have seen nothing like it as far as protos go.

Bump!  Still have plenty of protos for sale, let me know if you're interested!

Bump!

Sold 2 more protos this week, still plenty left. Also, if anyone wants to buy out EVERY proto on the list, I'd be very interested. Not looking for 6 figures either, so don;t be afraid to make an offer.

If people want a large chunk, I'd give substantial discounts as well.
