The second cable is an RCA breakout to mono-audio and composite-video.

If it goes with the first cable, it LOOKS LIKE the first cable could be a GB-link-port to RCA (via 2.5mm) converter.

I didn't realize the GB could supply video/audio via the link port, though, so I'm skeptical.
(also, can't tell what GB generation it goes to from that angle -- would need to see the GB-end of the plug straight-on)

If it doesn't go with the first cable, then the RCA breakout is probably from a clone or even a handheld emulator (I know one of those came with the GCW Zeros, for instance)

First one is a headphone jack adaptor for a gba sp.

Second one looks like a mono output to tv (yellow is video other is audio) for some sort of clone system possibly handheld like a famiclone.

GBA SP doesn't have a headphone jack?  Never realized that (only had a full-size GBA when those were out).

Someone beat me to it, but yeah, a headphone jack adapter for the GBA SP. Not using a traditional headphone jack was a pretty dumb move on Nintendo's part.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

...and Apples.  Just pointing that out.  It's by sheer miracle I've not lost my iPhone 8 dongle.  I keep that thing safe in a case by my bed, since I watch YouTube videos before I go to sleep.  I can't believe I've kept it for about 3 years and haven't lost the stupid thing.

I'm not an Apple fan at all, but I was thinking about that as I wrote it.  When they first made that announcement, it made me think about the GBA SP.

The first picture is the official headphone adapter for GBA SP. I ordered one directly from Nintendo back in the day. The second cable (with yellow composite video connection) appears unrelated to Game Boy.

The RCA cable in the last picture could be for anything, the mono 2.5mm audio jack is a standard part, some portable DVD players use cables like that.

I had a no-name digital camera forever ago that used a cable like that 2nd one, so you could playback videos and whatnot on a TV.

As for the GBA SP not having a headphone jack, it's a common-ish mod that people do to put one in. Nintendo also made headphones that plugged directly into the charge port so you didn't need the adapter (but you needed those headphones that didn't work on any other device)

A few third parties made little boxes that you could plug into the SP charge port, that let you then plug in headphones AND charge the SP at the same time. Really weird decision to have the audio pins and charge pins in the same port. It's like the Game Boy micro integrating the charge and link ports into one, but not as bad since the micro at least has a headphone jack.

I've got cables like that mono a/v - phones jack cables and it's as arch said. One end goes into a system that dumbs that mono feed down to one plug and the other into your typical RCA jack on a standard TV. Any of those larger than a keychain type TV games devices that work as handhelds primarily support that jack (at games, fc mobile variants, etc) and it works decently well but not super great.

No that's the legit and rarer to spot official link cable for the GB Micro because it had a unique sized jack on it for such things.

You can see a semi-official listing for all the various parts of any Nintendo system/handheld by product code at this excellent Japanese site that's mirrored in english by them.
