Isn't there a guy here collecting these? Is he pulling a prank? Did he lose his storage unit?

I saw that on ebay maybe a month ago. I can't imagine anyone else wanting that many copies of a common title.

SJ should devote a day to listing each cart individually on ebay, and set it to automatically relist if it is not bought

I wonder who's the guy with a storage unit dedicated to Dragon Warriors XD

But really, who wouldn't be amazed if they opened up a unit to run smack into a solid wall of a single game title?

I saw this first pop up a month ago on both craigslist and ebay. Funny thing is he was try to get full retail value back then. (Not sure now) Pretty funny stuff. Maybe as his story goes someone hoarded them put them away in storage thinking they'd make a good investment. lol not with this game.

I would sooo make a coffee table out of those. Too bad $1200 for a coffee table is way too steep.

Yeah, those are Space Jockeys, he was going for 1,000 of them, but he needs a down payment for a house, so he decided to dump them in favour of getting a house.

Yes it is mine, down payments are expensive and there are more important priorities than 1000 copies of the same game.  I am keeping 4 copies of it as well as 4 rom hacks I purchased as I do love DW, but I love the idea of a warm house a little more.  These will be going up on eBay again at the stated price in the pic in a few weeks.

As to the price, yes I'm losing money on this, but that is to be expected with an endeavor like this.  I dont have time to list them all individually nor the desire, hence the bulk sale in the near future.  Eventually they will go.

On a more serious note, I've played EarthBound today for so long, I feel all tense and mentally worn out.

What's with the storage unit story line?  That's a little weird.

386 copies of Dragon Warrior without dust sleeves? Pass.

My son... gives me Helpful Nintendo Hints that are far too complex for the adult mind to comprehend. Here's a verbatim example: "OK, there's Ganon and miniature Ganon and there's these things like jelly beans and the miniature Ganon is more powerfuller, because when you touch him the flying eagles come down and the octopus shoots red rocks and the swamp takes longer." And the hell of it is, I know he's right. - Dave Barry
