I know there is a thread about it here:
http://nintendoage.com/forum/mess...

Posting it here for the players that might not hit the AVS section.

But Im really looking forward to actually playing with this.

It looks like it has the "feel" of of a max which is my favorite controller but without the circle pad. I also feel the microswitch buttons are a welcome change.

Can't wait to get mine.

Ordered 1 controller. Trying not to spend too much at the moment. I hope ordering a single controller doesn't come back to haunt me.

I was hoping it would work with the same replacement parts as standard NES pads. Hopefully the microswitches used instead can be easily replaced if I wear them out in the future and these are no longer available.   That would be even better!

Got a part number, Bunny?

RF is pretty old technology isn't it? You have to point the controller directly at the nes to work?

^ no, that's infrared, also used in TV remotes. RF is radio, omnidirectional.

This thing looks awesome. I'm interested in some NA reviews before I think more seriously on it. If it's solid, I'll bite. We need the NES equivalent of the GCN WaveBird.

x2.  Opposite of the AVS, the price on this is higher than I anticipated.  We're in the price range of a Switch Pro controller, of which my gut didn't feel amazing about after purchasing.  Sticking with the dogbone until reviews spill out.

I'm surprised y'all are onboard before trying it out. Just my two cents but it looks very uncomfortable. Hope it ends up being great though as the 8 bitdo didn't nail the button layout on their wireless controller.

How do you propose I try one out without making a purchase?

It said in the description, they were tested with top Tetris players. That's all I need to know. Just waiting for 8bit Xmas and I'll place an order with a bunch of stuff I want. Canada shipping be damned.

Mine should be in Thursday. I will give a short (probably 2-3 sentences) review for you guys that are curious. I'm sure there will be more than a few video and more in-depth reviews out there in the coming weeks.

I was comfortable with buying before trying due to hearing a couple of trusted individuals say their early experiences were good, as well as knowing that retroUSB is the best company in the world.

Toxie tested them at NESathon, they are mint...End of story.

I have said it multiple times before, I could no-death MM3 (Which I had never done) with one no problem live.

Turbo tunnel 2-player was completed with me and Mog both using them.

These are the best NES controllers available.

Thanks for link! Since I don't visit that AVS section, I wouldn't have known about these.
